The Pan-Yoruba socio-cultural organisation, Afenifere, has condemned the invasion of the Oyo State Secretariat, in Ibadan, on Saturday, by alleged Yoruba nation agitators.
National Publicity Secretary of Afenifere, Comrade Jare Ajayi, condemned the act while featuring on Pensioners FM Yourba Stewardship programme” Abo Ree”.
Comrade Ajayi stated the culprits did not act in the interest of the Yoruba’s whom they alleged to be representing.
Afenifere spokesman called for a thorough investigation of the incident with a view to ensuring that the perpetrators and those behind the scheme face the wrath of the law, so as to serve as a deterrent to others.
