All Progressive Congress, APC Governorship aspirant, during the 2019 and 2023 election in Oyo State, Barrister Akeem Agbaje has described the death of the State’s party Chairman, Mr. Issac Ajiboye Omodewu as big loss to the Party.
In a statement personally signed by him, Barr. Agbaje maintained that Omodewu’s demise is devastating and has occurred at a period when the party is making efforts to resolve its internal crisis.
The Legal Practitioner pointed out that the late chairman was a bridge builder who contributed in many ways to the development of Oyo State.
Barr. Agbaje commended the former Commissioner’s strong commitment to promoting peace and unity among party members.
Agbaje however extends his sincere condolences to the family, friends, political associates and the entire APC family in the state saying Omodewu’s death is an irreparable loss to the APC and Oyo State in general.
The foremost legal Practitioner and astute politician however called on the leadership of the APC to preserve the legacy of Ajiboye Omodewu.
