A Retired Administrative Officer at the Oyo State Governor’s Office, Ibadan, Alhaja Iyabo Alade, has urged civil servants to prioritise continuous training and professional development to enhance their productivity.
Alhaja Alade, gave the advice in an interview with a Pensioners FM correspondent.
She emphasised that building one’s capacity is not only essential during active service, but also plays a significant role in life after retirement.
Alhaja Alade who encouraged serving civil servants to remain passionate, dedicated, and committed to their duties, noted that a positive attitude towards work contributes greatly to both personal and institutional development.
