Chairman, National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives, NANNM Oyo State Council, Dr Samuel Adeyemi has called on the government to put up all necessary measures to curtail the spread of cholera in the country.
Dr Adeyemi made this known in an interview after featuring on Pensioners FM Current Affairs programme, Voice of Liberation.
According to Dr Adeyemi, measures such as provision of clean and safe water and enforcement of environmental sanitation by the government would go a long way to curtail the incessant outbreak of cholera.
Dr Adeyemi further urged the public to embrace personal hygiene and drink safe water to stay hydrated at this period.
