It was a moment of joy, love and celebration as family, friends, and colleagues gathered to witness the wedding ceremony of Oluwakemisola Ojo and Israel Adejumobi, the groom who is a pensioners’ FM Staff
Speaking at the wedding reception held at Pensioners House, Ibadan, the Chairman of the ceremony, Dr Afolakemi Saba, described marriage as a sacred institution built on love, patience, and understanding.
Dr Saba advised the couple to always put God first, maintain mutual respect, and support one another in their journey together.
Also speaking, the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Pensioners FM, Comrade Olusegun Abatan, congratulated the couple and expressed happiness that one of the station’s staff was celebrating such a significant milestone.
He encouraged the newlyweds to uphold good moral values, remain committed to each other, and work together towards building a peaceful and successful home.
In their appreciation, the newly wedded couple, Mr. and Mrs. Adejumobi thanked God for the success of the wedding and expressed gratitude to everyone who supported them with prayers, presence, and goodwill.
The couple prayed for God’s blessings upon all who shared in their joy.
Present at the event includes the General Manager of Pensioners FM, Dr. Babatunde Tiamiyu, Heads of Units of the station, as well as presenters and analysts of Pensioners FM, who all came out to support the couple.
Other entertaining activities that added colour and excitement to the celebration included some Pensioners’ FM Staff on the groomsmen train.
